RETURNS POLICY FOR NON PERSONALISED ITEMS
Should you wish to return a non personalised item please notify us in writing within 14 days of receiving the item by emailing us at email@example.com with the subject of the email entitled "Returns". We are not obliged to accept returns that are not notified in advance to us or that are notified to us later than 14 days from receipt of item.
The item should then be returned within 14 days and should be sufficiently packaged for transit using the original or equivalent packaging. The item must be returned in re-saleable condition in order for a refund to be issued. It is recommended that you use a tracked method of postage so that you have proof of returning the item. We cannot issue refunds for return items that are lost in transit without proof of sending, or are damaged in transit due to inadequate packaging.
Please note that the refund will not include return postage, the cost of which is incurred by the buyer. Where an item is deemed faulty on receipt, return postage costs will also be refunded (evidence will be required).
Refunds are usually processed as the return item is received, but in accordance with Consumer Rights regulations will be made no later than 14 days of receiving the returned item.

Please Ensure You Have Checked Your Personalisation Details And Proof Images Sent Prior to Dispatch, As We Cannot Accept A Return Or Refund If The Details Supplied Were Incorrect On Personalised Goods.
In accordance with the Consumer Regulations personalised items/prints are non-cancellable/non-refundable although refunds/replacement will still apply for damage caused in transit. It may be neccessary for the damaged item to be sent back to us and if this is the case please email us - firstname.lastname@example.org
